ADCS-ADSC Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
ADCS-ADSC is committed to protecting the privacy of its donors. We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information of our valued donors.
Personal information (which means personally-identifiable information including but not limited to your name, address, and e-mail address) which we may receive about the donors shall be used only for the purpose for which it was intended, unless the donor specifically agrees to the use of the personal information for additional purposes or unless required by law.
Personal information shall be retained only as long as necessary for the purpose of the donation. Personal information shall be kept in confidence.
ADCS-ADSC personnel will be authorized to access personal information based only on their need to use the information for the purposes of a donation (e.g., to deposit, process, and retain and audit accounting records of a donation).
The confidentiality of donor records shall continue after the relationship with ADSC-ADSC has ended.
Each person associated with ADCS-ADSC must sign an agreement stating that maintaining confidentiality is a condition of their status with the organization and are required to comply with this privacy policy.
